Course Overview
This is the first course in the Veeva CRM Administrator Level 1 training track and serves as the training entry point for all Veeva CRM training. The knowledge and skills obtained in this course serve as the foundation for all additional Veeva CRM training.
Who should attend
Anyone that will be serving in the role of a Veeva CRM Business Administrator or System Administrator.
Duration
5-Hours plus an optional 1-Hour post-course trainer office hour session to address questions or provide assistance with the completion of course exercises and quizzes.
Prerequisite Descriptions
None. A 30-minute pre-work module will be assigned upon registration confirmation.
