If you wish to train a large team, Veeva can arrange a private class by request. Please contact us at training@veeva.com to discuss the details and set up a class tailored to your team’s needs.

Yes we offer volume discounts as follows and are automatically applied at checkout here on the website

4-6 seats - 20%
7-9 seats - 30%
10+ seats - 35%

Volume discounts only apply to seats for the same track

Yes, a certificate of completion is provided with each training course. Check out our Certification Program here for details of the credentials we offer.

The "My 2024 Certification Dashboard" located in your Veeva Training Portal contains a certification panel with a link to access/download/share your certificate and badge, your status towards 2025 annual renewal, and program references. These are updated weekly.

Veeva will grant a one-year grace period (interim waiver) to unemployed individuals previously employed by Veeva or a Veeva customer or partner. You must complete a Training Confidentiality Agreement before the waiver is granted. You must provide proof of eligibility at the expiration of the one-year waiver period to maintain your credential in subsequent years.

Send a request from the new business email address to training@veeva.com. Be sure to provide your old employer's email address in the body of the request. Please note that Veeva training accounts cannot be updated to a personal email address

Individuals who are partners, contractors, or consultants of Veeva customers but not official Veeva partners must be pre-approved by Veeva and have an NDA in place with Veeva prior to course attendance. Please reach out to us at training@veeva.com

Only confirmed registrants may attend the training. Sharing the training event with a colleague is strictly prohibited.

You have a twelve-month period from purchase to complete your training. Class registrations are confirmed when billing/registrant information is received in full. If you need to cancel your training or reschedule a class, your request must be submitted via email to trainingregistration@veeva.com.
